How do I choose the right size for my dog?
We recommend measuring your dog from the tip of the nose to the base of the tail while they are in a sleeping position. Compare these measurements against our size chart found on each product page to ensure a comfortable fit.
Are your products covered by a chew-proof guarantee?
Yes, many of our products come with a 120-day chew-proof warranty. If your dog chews through the cover within this period, we will provide a one-time replacement for the damaged component at no extra cost.
What are your shipping rates and estimated delivery times?
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50 within the contiguous United States. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days and delivered within 3-7 business days.
How do I clean and maintain my K9 Ballistics bed?
Most of our covers are removable and machine washable. We recommend washing in cold water on a gentle cycle and air drying to maintain the integrity of the water-resistant coating.
What is your return policy for unused items?
We accept returns on unused and unwashed items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been used by a pet.
